Usually I am the guy who takes lots of extra steps; but this one seemed to fall apart quite easily for me.
1. UR 79 w/X Wing 9; r12c9<>7
2. W Wing 17 r2c1/r9c7 w/SL 1c2; r2c7<>7 & r9c1<>7
