XY-Wing (24) (27) (47) pivoted in r1c8 or r1c2 solves it setting r9c2<>4 and r9c8<>2 respectively.

There were a number of XY-Wings available, plus at least one W-Wing and XY-Chain. Also, if I did things correctly, the basics reduced the grid to a BUG+1.
