XY-Wing 12 23 13 pivoted in r3c5 setting r3c4<>1 solves it.
There is also a two steper type 1 UR 13 in Grid r12c49 setting r1c4<>13 leads to an XY-Wing 35 25 23 pivoted in r1c4; r3c2<>3.
