It can be solved with multiple advanced steps with no chains, patterns, fins, or "almosts".

It can also be solved with one step using a chain.

I thought I had a one-stepper, but not quite.

XY-Wing (179), flightless, pivot r7c8, transport 9 from r8c9 to r1c3; r2c1, r7c3<>9

Remote Pairs (27), 6-cell; r8c3<>27=6

Dan, I don't know if that notation represents an AIC or XY-Wing, but it's the same as my XY-Wing with pincer transport. However, it looks like you're staying it's a one-stepper whereas I didn't see how to finish it off without another move.
