XYZ-Wing 123 hinged in r5c4 solves it by setting r6c4<>3.

BUG + 1 or 348 xy-wing with pivot at r4c6 setting r5c6<>3 will work.

Ha! Many solutions.The W-Wing 23 with SL 3 in row 6; r5c4<>2 also works.
