I have all the possible numbers penciled in and I am still missing something, can you help me see it please?

You need to get a program like Simple Sudoku. You can load/create your grid into/with it and it'll provide an elimination that you're missing.

Note: Marty provided an alternate approach by loading your grid into an HTML link to this site's player/solver. It also provides "hints".
