Given the recent discussions of the definition of "basics", I will simply post my starting grid without a label.
Code: | *--------------------------------------------------------------------*
| 4679 3 1 | 8 27 5 | 2467 79 2479 |
| 4678 246 27 | 3 127 9 | 12467 178 5 |
| 789 29 5 | 4 6 17 | 127 1789 3 |
|----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
| 2 7 3 | 6 8 14 | 9 5 14 |
| 149 149 8 | 5 179 2 | 3 167 1467 |
| 149 5 6 | 79 3 147 | 147 2 8 |

| 5 8 4 | 1 79 6 | 27 3 279 |
| 167 16 79 | 2 5 3 | 8 4 1679 |

anp(7=14)r46c6-(1=7)r3c6-(7=2)r1c5-r1c79=r23c7-(2=7)*r8c7-r8c5=r7c4; r 6c7*, r6c4<>7

Nice pausing chain, Ted! You can save yourself one strong link by foregoing the anp, though. |

Transport 7 from r1c5 to r6c6; r6c7<>7. |

Luke,
I spotted the path while looking for anp()s and I never realized I did not require the anp() for the deletion; I was just happy to get the deletion.
Thanks for your comment.
