Nice! Cool

I found another wing. I still don't know what kind it is. Confused
Code:

 | 7      8      56     | 1      456    3      | 456    2      9      |
 | 369    23     4      | 29     568    58     | 7      3568   1      |
 |----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
 | 8      5      3      | 4      7      12     | 169    169    26     |
 | 4      6      9      | 3      12     58     | 158    7      258    |
 | 2      7      1      | 6      58     9      | 58     4      3      |
 |----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
 | 5      34    b68     | 7      139   c14     | 2      139    68     |
 | 1      9      7      | 8      23     26     | 356    356    4      |
 |a36     234    268    | 5      139   d14-6   | 13689  13689  7      |
 *--------------------------------------------------------------------*
?-wing
(6=3)r9c1-(3=4)r7c2-r7c6=(4)r9c6 => r9c6<>6:
stte

Another of those "mystery wings"
3-SIS using bivalue(XY), bivalue(YZ), and bilocation(Z).
