I did not see the VH move but here are a couple of solutions.

axy-wing(16-3)r7c9+r3c9/r9c7=(2)r3c9-(2=5)r369c5-(5=7=1)r9c28-(1=6)r7c9-(6=3)r9c7 => r3c7,r8c9<>3
or
(1)r9c6=(1)r7c46-(1=6)r7c9-(6=3)r9c7 => r9c6<>3
