2r46c3-r9c3=r9c7-r3c7=r3c5-(2=3)r4c5-r4c2=3r2c2;
3r46c3-r2c3=3r2c2 => 3r2c2;

Another approach using some of the AUR logic is an:
anp(7=6*8)r3c32-(8=2)r3c5-(2=3)r4c5-r4c2=r2c2-(38*=7)r2c3; <7>r2c1, r89c3

I see that I missed to exclude the 2:s from r4c3 and r6c5...
although all of them are not needed!
