Marty,
Yes. No advanced moves required. This puzzle has many triples.
The first is to figure out where 39 goes in B5. Not too tough. Then, see the triple in B8.
Draw/Play will not solve this one.

Yes, I know. I just found it interesting that Draw/Play fails to recognize a triple.
