Play this puzzle online at the Daily Sudoku site
This still rates as VH on the grade button. But when you remove
the 1s from box1 C1 (column 2 box/line interaction on 1s) the puzzle
comes out and is now rated as easy. Is this one of the occasional
phantom VHs or have I missed something?
