Sorry, the x-wing in my above submission is not needed, the locked 4's in BOX 2 eliminate the 4 in r1c3. Only the xy- wing solves it.

the w wing using 78 in boxes 1 and 2 operating on 8s in row 1 make r3c1 7 and solve it
