I stumbled across this puzzle, rated Expert, from sudoku.com. There are so many cells with six and seven candidates I practically went blind looking at it and just gave up.

The puzzle is invalid, it has only 15 clues. There must be at least 17.

Well,

1 in R4C9 and 4 in R1C9 can be solved which would give it 17 clues, but I believe it is still invalid.

A Sudoku site that is not well maintained? I am shocked. Shocked!!

    seems systematic,
    sudoku.com "Expert" level
    removes too many givens
    (always leaving 15, cute)

    also discussed on other forum
