Hello. I enter puzzles from our local newspaper, and have them graded and printed. Several times, though, the draw/play will neither grade nor solve the puzzle. But it can be solved, and the paper prints out the solution the next day. What gives?

There are known problems with Draw/Play and they are unlikely to be fixed in the foreseeable future. Sorry, but the one person who can fix it hasn't been around. For my personal purposes, Draw/Play is an excellent tool.
