If r7c2 is not 9 then the xy wing 235 pivoting atr3c2 leads to a 2 at the aforesaid r7c2 which is thegore either 9 or 2 and not 5 hence r7c3 is 5 and that is that |

I see that there's also a type 1 UR 23 in r69c46 which forces r9c4=1 which also solves it - BUT ever since Marty told me that every VH on this site can be solved with just X, XY, or XYZ wings, I always look for that solution too (which turned out in this case to be roaa's solution). |
