In Clement's diagram the 7 can be removed from r4c9 by box-line
reduction. This leaves a classic 27-1 (or 17-2) XY-Wing pivot r4c9 (or
r7c9) which does it in one.
Also there's a second 27 W-wing r7c9 and r9c3 on 2s in r4 removing
7s in r9c89 stte.
For so few possibles, not bad!
