An obvious UR15 gives r8c1=6 or
an XY-wing 269 gives r9c3=9 |

Just for fun, here's the grid after basics.
Code: |
+-----------+------------+---------+
| 9 12 5 | 12 46 7 | 46 3 8 |
| 28 3 4 | 28 569 69 | 7 1 56 |
| 18 6 7 | 18 45 3 | 9 2 45 |
+-----------+------------+---------+
| 26 5 69 | 4 3 29 | 8 7 1 |
| 7 4 1 | 6 8 5 | 2 9 3 |
| 3 29 8 | 7 29 1 | 46 5 46 |
+-----------+------------+---------+
| 15 8 3 | 9 7 4 | 15 6 2 |
| 156 7 2 | 3 16 8 | 15 4 9 |
| 4 19 69 | 5 126 26 | 3 8 7 |
+-----------+------------+---------+
|
And the 269 XY Wing that roaa listed which solves it is obviously the 29-6 XY with the pivot at r4c6 but NOT the one with the pincers at r2c6 and r4c1 (because it's flightless) but instead the one with pincers at r4c3 and r9c6! There's also a 26-9 XY wing with pivot at r9c6 so r4c3<>9 which solves it. (I'm sure that no one on this site would use the 15 UR that roaa listed.) |
