Not exactly. R9c2 and r8c8 are pincer cells. The eliminations are r8c3,r9c8<>8.

Ahhh, I did not see r9c8, but just removing the 8 from r8c3 is enough to complete the puzzle ... and I included the 'pincer' cells in my notation only because it can still be difficult to spot an XY-Wing when just specifying the pivot cell. If a person is having difficulty with the puzzle, it is helpful to know exactly where it is.
