I should imagine most of us fill in the "obvious" entries before pencilling in "candidates" I finished this puzzle without pencilling in any candidates! I was puzzled that this was more like medium or even easy that I went back to the original on draw/play and entered my first move r4c8 =3 (r4c6 cannot be 3 because it must be either 2 or 6). anyway after this single move I asked draw/play to grade the puzzle and it came up with medium!
SO HOW AND WHY WAS THIS PUZZLE GRADED AS HARD? |

I assume this is a rhetorical question since only Sam can answer it and hr's absentee.
I played it on Draw/Play and thought it was easy, but I have no basis for comparison, since I usually do only the VHs. |
