Solutions with one step .

[(4-2)R1C8=(2)R2C8-(2)R2C4; (4-9)R1C8; (4-2)R1C8=(2-9)R1C2=(9)R1C9-(9)R3C9 and (4-2)R1C8=(2-9)R1C2=(9)R1C9-(9)R4C9=(9)R4C1-(9)R3C1=(9)R3C4-(9)R2C4]=>contradiction, R2C4=Ø=>-4R1C8=>solution stte.
