Just recently grasped and got comfortable with a new (for me) solving skill, the Sue de Coq. It is quite powerful and it solves this puzzle in 1-step.
From the first grid (after basics)....
Sue de Coq: r4c1 - {3456} (r4c8 - {45}, r5c3 - {36}) =>r4c3<>36 (=5!) stte.
The elimination rules are that one can eliminate any 45 in the same row as the bi-value 45 cell and the 3456 cell excluding those inside box4, which results in no available eliminations in row 4. And one can eliminate any 3 or 6 inside of box4 other than the bi-value cell of 36 and the 3456 cell, which results in the elimination of 3 and 6 in r4c3. A beautiful, powerful technique!!
