Took me two steps: 789xywing then 12UR.
Anyone do it in one step?

I didn't see any VH move that solved it in one step so I used the 279 XYZ Wing (pivot at r1c9) followed by the 27-5 XY Wing (pivot also at r1c9) to solve it.

Play this puzzle online at the Daily Sudoku site

At this point the 12 UR is visible but I found it didn't progress the puzzle

First time I used the 789 XY wing to make r3c7 = 9 then used the two 27 pairs with the 47 pairs to make r1c456 <> 2

On looking at again you can use the chain if r3c8 = 2, r8c8=4, r8c7=7, r3c7=9, r3c5=7, r9c5=2 giving no 2's in box 9

Skyscraper with number 2 in r3c58,r9c59 and -2 in r1c9,r8c8
or in r3c58,r8c48 and -2 in r1c4,r9c5
