Great VH! Lots of ways to solve. I used a Finned X-Wing (2). There are actually two of them. r37c24 with fins at either r7c6 or r9c4. Depending on which way you use the fin, either r7c6<>2, or r9c4<>2. Actually both of these statements end up being true.
There is also a BUG+2 present in the puzzle in cells r3c2, and r7c4. It would be nice if Keith were to weigh in with the proper assessment of this; but I think that 3 cannot be eliminated from r3c2 AND/OR 2 cannot be eliminated from r7c4 or the puzzle will have multiple solutions.

Looking again the BUG+2 statement is OR only. If BOTH of the statements were true, r7c2 would have NO VALUE, a contradiction. Hope I am making sense of this.
