Can anyone give me the next number and explain why, I can finish but only by trial and error

Its a bit tricky:
Because there are 1 and 8 both in row 1 and column 5, there is a hidden pair 18 in box 2 (r2c4,r3c6).
Also in r9c4 only 18 are possible. So you have a naked pair in column 4 (r2c4,r9c4) and r7c4 cannot be 8.
Then in row 7 only one place for 8 remains.
