Or you could have r8c5 <> 4
As then in row 8 you would get <37> pair, r7c9=5, r7c5=6 leads to two 9's in box 2 |

Very cool Tom and the flip side of that one is an ANP 37-347 using the same <37> pair you used above.
IF the NP is FALSE (37=4)r8c79-(4)r8c5 and r8c5 < > 4
-OR-
IF the NP is TRUE (4=37)r8c79-(7=5)r7c9-(5=6)r7c5-(6=9)r1c5-(9=4)r2c5-(4)r8c5 and again r8c5 < > 4
Either way - r8c5 < > 4
Note that when the NP is TRUE as above there are no 4s in row 8 |
