We're very pleased to hear from Daily Sudoku-ers with their Nurikabe encouragement, questions, comments and problems. However, before you email us, please read the following:

• We receive many emails claiming that a puzzle is invalid, has more than one answer, or is not solvable by logic alone. Please carefully check your claim before you email. The most common mistakes include:
  • Copying the clues into a second grid incorrectly (missing or misplacing a clue).
  • Producing a solution which invalidates one of the rules.

  If you're still convinced that your claim is correct then we'll be very glad to hear from you.

• If you are having problems printing the puzzles (even if you haven't had trouble before), please check that your Acrobat Reader installation is up-to-date by clicking here. This seems to fix the vast majority of problems, including those with mangled characters (such as ':') in the puzzle.
• Please note, spam control methods that require us to visit a web page to have messages approved, make it impossible for us to deal with our large volume of email. We welcome your messages to us and aim to reply to everything, but if you use such a system, you will need to pre-approve us in order to receive the reply.
